We usually use Carbon steel ( available Products Grade 2 to Grade 10 ) , Stainless Steel ( Serial from 200 to Serial 400 ) , Brass ( H59 , H60 , C36000 etc ) ; Aluminum , Bronze and Copper .
 
2.  How you control quality to satisfy requirements of customer ?
Suppling Qualified goods on time is our prior and key principle

(1) Checking raw material before feed in

(2) IPQC ( by handle and auto-machined control )

(3) Chemical elements analysis and fhysical testing ;

(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;

(5) Packing

(6)  Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )

(7)  Delivery
